View from the bridge

Hello there, friends! Olive Oyl here with an autumnal dispatch for all the HVC fans out there.

As the leaves are turning at camp, folks are busy with work projects both indoors and outdoors. The wood shop is getting a little makeover, with a new paint coat of paint on the roof and a lovely view of the Deer Meadows area thanks to a beautiful new cupola! Al has been busy keeping our lawns neat and green, while others have been doing some mysterious work at the Rec Hall…take a look at the photos and see if you can guess what it is!

There’s also been a huge rain storm, making the creek transform from dry to completely flooded! Check out the view from the bridge below…

Looking forward to calmer fall weather and maybe dressing up for halloween as a camp-inspired character? Maybe Grandma Nut and Bartholomew or even Dexter?
