Reunited and it Feels So Good!

HEY YOU GUYS!

Our camp neighbourhood just got new tenants earlier today, as we saw the arrival of 150+ campers, all rolling in from various places around the country and flying in from various places around the world! It was day filled with bright cheers and tight hugs, and blue skies and true smiles. But that isn’t all of them, as we expect to welcome a few more campers in 2 weeks!

Camp heads into second gear tomorrow as we begin Orientation Day, a day where camopers get to pick classes, take their swimming evaluations, and get a brief tour of this 350+ acre landspace.

But before that, we had to give a brief overview of what camp is and what they (campers) shpuld look forward to over the next few weeks, and what better way to do that than at evening meeting and our first evening programme of the summer: Opening Night Skits! Counselors and Pro Staff all went up on stage in their various lesson categories and gave a brief introduction of what classes they will be teaching and in which periods they will be teaching them.

Now as we settle in our cabins, unpack our bags, and get ready for bed, we cannot wait for the adventures to come and the new friendships we will form over the summer.
