Settling In!

It’s class day 2 and campers are settling into life at Hidden Valley Camp! Following our last update, the campers have been up to all kinds of fun…and we’re gonna tell you all about it:

We started off with Orientation Day! Where campers could choose all their classes for the next two weeks, with some of them like soccer team, basketball team, the play, and the musical being 4-week classes. They also got a chance to go for a little dip in the pool or lake for their swim evaluations to make sure everyone is waterfont safe!

The highlight of the day however, had to be Pinegrove! Where we all walked up the hill and sat around a campfire in our grove of pines, and each cabin got to showcase a little song personal to them. At the end of the night we headed back to our cabins to lay our heads after a very eventful first full day.

Yesterday was our first day of classes and everyone welcomed the chance to learn something new! From paddleboarding at the lake to new creations in the glass beads studio, all campers had something to look forward to.

At the end of the day, we met in our cabin groups for Cabin Night! and there were smiles all around as everyone found ways to bond around the pizza oven, in the pool, eating smores, or zipping down the hill. We cannot wait to make more Hidden Valley memories.
